Tim Hortons Holiday Menu 2026 – Christmas Drinks, Dates & Prices

The Tim Hortons holiday menu 2026 has not been announced yet. As of 17 October 2026, Tim Hortons has issued no press release, no launch date and no item list for this year’s Christmas menu — and that is completely normal. The announcement lands in the same window every year, and this page will be updated the day it drops.

What follows is everything worth knowing in the meantime: the exact launch pattern from the last five years, what the 2022–2025 holiday menus ran, the prices and calories competitors never publish, the Baileys collaboration story, the $14.99 Holiday Meal with its value math, and how the Canadian menu differs from the American one.

When does the Tim Hortons holiday menu come out?

In 2026, expect the announcement in the week of 9 to 16 November. That is not a guess — it is the pattern:

YearAnnouncedIn restaurants
2021Mid-NovemberSame day (“starting today”)
2022Mon 14 Nov, 6:00 AM ETWed 16 Nov
2023Beverages 13 Nov; Baileys donut 20 NovStaggered by a week
2024Tue 12 Nov, 6:00 AM ETSame day (“available now”)
2025Wed 12 Nov, 6:00 AM ETSame day (“available now”)

Three things explain why the date always feels unpredictable. First, Tim Hortons announces through a 6:00 AM Eastern press release on CNW — most coverage appears hours later, so the “news” and the menu arrive on different schedules. Second, the wording is always “available now,” which means the announcement day is the launch day; there is no separate countdown. Third, rollouts stagger: in 2023 the Baileys drinks landed on 13 November and the Baileys Boston Cream donut a full week later, on the 20th. A restaurant can be “launched” and still missing items.

No end date is ever announced. Every official release describes the range as limited-time, and items sell through at each restaurant’s own pace into January. Any site giving you a fixed end date for the 2026 holiday menu is inventing it.

What will be on the 2026 holiday menu?

Nothing is confirmed, but the history gives a short list of near-certainties and one open question.

The safest bet on the board: Candy Cane Hot Chocolate. It has appeared on the Canadian holiday menu every year from 2020 through 2025 — six straight years, through three different collaboration eras. If only one item returns, it is this one. The white chocolate version has run alongside it most years.

The open question: this year’s collaboration. Tim Hortons has run the Canadian holiday menu as a co-brand collaboration for three straight years — Baileys in 2023 and 2024 (with Diageo Canada), Biscoff in 2025 (with Lotus). A new partner for 2026 is plausible; a third Baileys year or a Biscoff return is possible. Nobody outside the company knows yet, and any site naming the 2026 partner today is guessing.

The Holiday Meal combo ($14.99 in 2025, its first documented year) may or may not return — there is no earlier record of it to establish a pattern.

The Holiday Smile Cookie has run every year since 2023, always in a mid-November week. Expect it again around 17–23 November 2026, dates shifting with the calendar.

Past years’ drinks, for reference

  • 2024: the Baileys range returned (Cream Coffee, Latte, Iced Capp, Boston Cream donut) with a new Baileys Dream Hot Chocolate. The 2023 Baileys Cold Brew with Baileys Flavoured Infused Foam did not appear in the 2024 announcement — its status is unconfirmed, not confirmed gone.
  • 2023: first Baileys year — Cream Coffee, Latte, Cold Brew with Baileys Flavoured Infused Foam, Iced Capp. The only holiday prices any competitor has ever published come from this launch: about $2.79 (Cream Coffee), $3.99 (Cold Brew with foam), $4.29 (Latte), $4.29 (Iced Capp) for mediums, reported by Flavour Network with the usual “depending on size and region.”
  • 2022: Gingerbread Oat Latte, Candy Cane Iced Capp, Roasted Hazelnut Cold Brew with espresso-infused foam, Mocha Latte.

Is the Tim Hortons Baileys drink alcoholic?

No. This is the most-asked question about the holiday menu, and the answer is simple: the Baileys range is non-alcoholic. It is a flavour collaboration with Diageo Canada — Baileys-flavoured cream filling, Baileys-flavoured foam — with no alcohol in any item. It is also Canada-only; the US never got the Baileys range.

The collaboration ran two years, 2023 and 2024. Whether it returns for a third year in 2026 is unannounced. Do not confuse it with the American “Peppermint” line — Canada has never had a Peppermint Mocha; that is the US menu’s name for what Canada calls Candy Cane.

Three details about the Smile Cookie that competitors never consolidate: the cookies are excluded from Tims Rewards points during the campaign week; each restaurant partners with local charities and community groups (plus the Tim Hortons Foundation Camps); and the campaign has raised $20.5 million since 2023. If you want the money to stay local, buy at your local restaurant — that is where its proceeds go.

Past years’ bakery: 2024 brought the Caramel Brownie Filled Ring Dream Donut, Hot Chocolate Muffin and Double Chocolate Brownie; 2022 had the Gingerbread Chocolate and Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dream Donuts; 2020 ran Polar Bear and Hazelnut Éclair Dream Donuts.

The Holiday Meal: is $14.99 worth it?

In December 2025, Tim Hortons added something new: a Holiday Meal combo at $14.99, available until 30 December at participating restaurants. It was the first documented year for the combo, so there is no pattern to say whether it returns in 2026.

What $14.99 bought: a flatbread pizza (Pepperoni, Bacon Everything, Chicken Parmesan or Simply Cheese), a side (Biscoff Boston Cream, 4-pack Crème Brûlée Timbits, Classic Donut, Classic Cookie, 4-pack Classic Timbits, Sea Salt Wedges or Garlic Bread), a small or medium hot or cold beverage (including the Biscoff Latte, Biscoff Iced Capp, Brown Sugar Cream Coffee, Candy Cane Hot Chocolate or White Hot Chocolate), and one of three pairs of collectible socks with hidden messages (“If You Can Read This,” “Please Bring Me Timbits,” “Please Bring Me Coffee,” “Please Bring Me Donuts”).

The value math: bought separately, the pizza runs about $6.99–$7.99, the side $1.59–$3.99, the drink $2.50–$4.50 — roughly $11.50–$16.50 before the socks. At $14.99 the combo sits in the middle of that range, which means you are paying menu price for the food and getting the collectible socks as the actual deal. If the socks do not matter to you, ordering the components is about the same money. If they do, the combo is the only way to get them.

Holiday merchandise

The holiday range has always included merchandise, and it sells out faster than the food. The 2025 collectible socks came inside the Holiday Meal. In 2023 the range included a 3-pack of scented candles (Apple Fritter, French Vanilla Cappuccino, Maple), a Snowy Timbits Night 500-piece puzzle, a snow globe, ornaments, ceramic mugs, stainless steel travel mugs, a holiday sweater at $49.95 and a 3-pack of holiday socks at $24.95. Tims at Home grocery products — Winter Blend coffee, Candy Cane Hot Chocolate mix, K-Cups — appear at Walmart, Sobeys, Loblaws and Giant Tiger each season.

Merchandise is sold at participating restaurants and on TimShop.ca, and the popular pieces do not last the season. If a specific item matters, early December is already late.

Canada vs the US: different menus

The Canadian and American holiday menus are not the same menu, and aggregator sites mix them without saying so. The clean version:

CanadaUnited States
Candy Cane Hot ChocolatePeppermint Hot Chocolate / Peppermint Mocha
Baileys collab (2023–24), Biscoff collab (2025)OREO Peppermint line, Brown Butter Caramel Latte
Holiday Smile Cookie (Nov 17–23, 2025; $2)Holiday Smile Cookie (same week; $1.43 profit/cookie to Foundation Camps)
No Peppermint MochaNo Baileys range, no Candy Cane naming

The naming split goes back years: Canada says Candy Cane, the US says Peppermint, for what is essentially the same flavour family. If a “Canadian” menu page is showing you a Peppermint Mocha, it copied an American source.

Holiday menus through the years

YearWhat the holiday menu centred on
2025Biscoff collaboration (Boston Cream, Filled Croissant, Latte, Iced Capp); Crème Brûlée Timbit; Brown Sugar Protein Iced Latte; $14.99 Holiday Meal (from 9 Dec); Candy Cane Hot Chocolate returns
2024Baileys returns + Baileys Dream Hot Chocolate; Caramel Brownie Filled Ring; Hot Chocolate Muffin; Double Chocolate Brownie; Candy Cane line returns
2023First Baileys collaboration (non-alcoholic, Canada-only); Holiday Smile Cookie introduced
2022“There’s Snowplace Like Tims” — Gingerbread Oat Latte, Candy Cane Iced Capp, Gingerbread Chocolate + Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dream Donuts
2021Candy Cane Hot Chocolate + White; Black Forest Filled Ring Dream Donuts; Chocolate Hazelnut Muffins
2020Polar Bear + Hazelnut Éclair Dream Donuts; Filled Sugar Cookie; Gingerbread Filled Muffin; Candy Cane line

Candy Cane Hot Chocolate is the only item on every one of those rows. That is why it leads the 2026 expectations above.

Where these figures come from

  • Launch dates and item lists come from Tim Hortons’ own press releases (CNW/newswire.ca) and news.timhortons.ca — the only authoritative source for what launched and when.
  • Prices are not published by Tim Hortons. Figures above are compiled from independent launch-day reporting and menu trackers, published as ranges because franchisees set their own prices. Where sources disagree, the range widens to show it.
  • Calories come from the Tim Hortons Nutrition Guide, Canadian Edition, where available; holiday-item figures from independent trackers are labelled as such and should be confirmed against the official guide.
  • The 2026 menu has not been announced. Expectations on this page are labelled as expectations, built from the 2020–2025 pattern — not as facts.
