Winter 2025: the year before
January 2025 (announced ~Jan 8): the White Chocolate Pistachio lineup — Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Capp, and Hot Chocolate with Belgian white chocolate curls. Plus the returning Blueberry Fritter, the new Lemon Cake Donut, and the returning Caramel Toffee Cold Brew (espresso-infused foam). Same slots as 2026, different pistachio: white chocolate one year, chocolate the next.
Valentine’s Day at Tims: Canada vs the US
Here’s a divergence nobody has compared. In Canada, February 2026, Valentine’s meant the new Custard and Pecan Butter Tarts plus Share the Love merch from February 2 — no Valentine’s-branded donut or drink was confirmed for Canada. (2025 Canada reportedly had Valentine’s Day Donuts and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Iced Capp/Latte — single-sourced, treat as gray.)
In the US, 2026, Tims went full branding: ValenTIMS Day Timbit (glazed yeast, pink sprinkles), ValenTIMS Day Donut (vanilla icing, pink sprinkles), and a Raspberry Chocolate Donut. The US gets the cute names; Canada gets tarts. Don’t read a US Valentine’s roundup and expect those items in Toronto.
