The Tim Hortons fall menu 2026 launched in Canada on 1 September with the return of Pumpkin Spice: a Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Capp, Cold Brew and Pumpkin Spice Muffin, available until 1 November. Halloween joined it on 13 October with the Timbits Mummy glow-in-the-dark bucket and a Halloween merchandise range.

When Does the Tim Hortons Fall Menu Come Out?

In 2026, the Pumpkin Spice lineup returned on 1 September, announced by Tim Hortons the same day. Tim Hortons gave it a fixed end date of 1 November — unusual for a limited-time menu, most of which simply run “while supplies last.”

The fall menu overlapped with the end of the summer range. The Tim Hortons Harry Potter menu, launched 12 August, was still in many restaurants through September.

Tim Hortons didn’t publish prices with the launch. In practice the Pumpkin Spice drinks are priced like the other flavoured builds in their line: a flavoured latte runs about $3.39 to $4.49, a flavoured Iced Capp about $3.99 to $5.49, and a flavoured cold brew about $2.99 to $4.49, depending on size and restaurant. Delivery apps list them higher — one Montréal restaurant had the Pumpkin Spice Latte at $4.79 on Uber Eats before fees.

Calorie figures for the 2026 Pumpkin Spice drinks haven’t been confirmed against the official nutrition guide. As a guide, expect them to sit with the other flavoured versions: around 140 to 310 calories for a hot flavoured latte, and 430 to 660 for a flavoured Iced Capp. The Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp is the heaviest item in the fall range by a wide margin.

Lighter way to order it: ask for the Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew or Iced Latte rather than the Iced Capp, and ask for milk instead of cream. The flavour is the same syrup; most of the calorie difference is in the base.

Also new this fall: White Cheddar Hashbrown

Launched alongside the Pumpkin Spice return, the White Cheddar Hashbrown is the standard crispy hashbrown — made with 100% Canadian potatoes — seasoned with white cheddar and herbs. Tim Hortons didn’t list it as a limited-time item, so it may outlast the fall menu.

Pumpkin Spice through the years

Pumpkin Spice is the annual anchor of the Canadian fall menu — and its history at Tims goes back further than most people think. The Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp debuted in Canada for the first time in August 2018 (“for the first time on the menu in Canada,” per the official announcement), with launch prices of $3.59 for the Latte, $3.69 for the Iced Capp, and $1.69 for the Muffin.

Track those prices forward and you get one of the cleanest inflation snapshots on this site: the Pumpkin Spice Latte was $3.59 in 2018 and roughly $4.29 in 2026 — about 19% over eight years. (2018 figures are official; 2026 figures come from menu sites and are approximate, as always.)

Two more footnotes from the record: in 2022 Tims launched its pumpkin lineup on August 25 — five days before Starbucks (the one year Tims clearly won the pumpkin race), and in 2025 Tims reportedly switched to pumpkin puree alongside pumpkin syrup in its pumpkin lattes — a quiet upgrade toward the “real pumpkin” standard Starbucks set when it invented the PSL back in 2003. A Curiocity taste test of the two found Starbucks more authentically pumpkin-spiced, while Tims was creamier, subtler, more generous with the whipped topping — and cheaper. Tims doesn’t try to out-Starbucks Starbucks; it sells the cheaper, creamier, Iced-Capp-based take. The puree switch narrowed the gap.

The launch keeps creeping earlier — late August 2018, August 25 in 2022, September 1 in 2026 — and 2026’s fixed November 1 end date was unusual; most Tims LTOs just run “while supplies last.”

Tim Hortons Halloween Menu 2026

Halloween at Tim Hortons in Canada is mostly about the Timbits bucket and the merchandise, not new drinks.

Timbits Mummy glow-in-the-dark bucket — launched across Canada on 13 October 2026, sold empty or filled with 31 Timbits. Last year’s black-cat bucket sold for $10.99 filled and $4.99 empty; Tim Hortons hasn’t published 2026 prices, and they’re likely to be close.

Halloween merchandise, at participating restaurants and on TimShop.ca:

  • 20 oz Timbits Mummy mug (from the week of 13 October)
  • 24 oz plastic tumbler with straw and Mummy straw topper
  • Timbits Mummy plush
  • Packable tote bag in black-and-white stripes
  • Online only: stainless-steel tumbler, black hoodie and joggers

At about 35¢ a Timbit, the filled bucket costs more per piece than a 50-pack at $9.99 — you’re paying for the bucket. If the container doesn’t matter, the 50-pack is the cheaper way to feed a Halloween party.

The US Halloween menu is different. American restaurants got Frankenstein and Mummy donuts, a Spookies n’ Screams Croissant and TWIX N’ Treat Iced Capp and Hot Chocolate from 30 September. None of these were announced for Canada.

Halloween through the years

Canada’s Halloween at Tims has run the same playbook three years straight: a glow-in-the-dark Timbits Bucket with a new character every year, a heat-activated mug, a glow tumbler, and TimShop costumes — announced between mid-September and mid-October.

YearBucket characterAlso in the collection
2024Ghost + Timbit-spider24oz glow tumbler, heat-activated ghost mug, TimShop costumes (kids’ Timbits Box, dog lumberjack)
2025Black CatHeat-activated Black Cat mug, glow Black Cat tumbler, costumes — plus the only Halloween food item in three years: the Spiced Vanilla Filled Ring Donut (cinnamon sugar, vanilla cream), and new sugar-free vanilla syrup
2026MummyMummy mug, glow tumbler with straw topper, plush, packable tote, TimShop apparel

The bucket is always sold empty or filled with 31 Timbits. Note the 2025 exception: it’s the only year Canada got an actual Halloween food item (the Spiced Vanilla donut) — 2024 and 2026 were merch-only north of the border. The US, meanwhile, gets the full Halloween bakery treatment (Frankenstein and Mummy donuts, TWIX drinks, OREO croissants in 2026) — US-only, not Canadian, no matter what an American roundup tells you.

Is There a Tim Hortons Thanksgiving Menu?

There was — once. The old line on this page (“Tims doesn’t run a separate Thanksgiving menu in Canada”) was true until September 2025, when Tims launched the Thanksgiving Stack: thick-sliced seasoned 100% Canadian carved turkey breast, homestyle stuffing, cranberry sauce made with 100% real cranberries, crispy onions, and mayonnaise on a toasted potato bun, served hot. It was Canada-only, announced September 10, 2025, and paired with a Tims Rewards $8.99 Dinner Deal (after 5pm, main + side + beverage, September 15 to October 13, 2025, app activation required). Standalone price was around $8.99 (menu-site figure, approximate).

It was Tims’ first — and so far only — Thanksgiving-specific menu item. It did not return in 2026, when the fall menu centred on Pumpkin Spice and the White Cheddar Hashbrown instead. One-year item, honest record.

For the holiday Monday itself, it’s just hours: Canadian Thanksgiving 2026 fell on Monday, October 12 — most Tims restaurants open (some with shorter hours), mall locations closed with the mall. Full details on our holiday hours page.

What Comes After the Fall Menu?

When Pumpkin Spice ends on 1 November, the holiday menu takes over. In past years that has meant holiday hot chocolates, the Baileys-flavoured range and holiday Timbits trays, running from November into January. The holiday menu gets its own page once Tim Hortons announces it.

Fall Menu Through the Years

YearWhat the fall menu centred on
2026Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Capp, Cold Brew and Muffin from 1 Sep to 1 Nov; White Cheddar Hashbrown; Timbits Mummy bucket for Halloween
2025Pumpkin Spice range; Spiced Vanilla Filled Ring donut; black-cat Timbits bucket at $10.99 for Halloween

Pumpkin Spice has been the anchor of the Canadian fall menu every year; what changes is the format list and the bakery item alongside it.
